Demo – Production Supervisor

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and manage operations on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting daily production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will play a critical role in driving productivity and motivating team members to reach performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure output aligns with quality standards
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and schedule labor efficiently
• Train, coach, and support production team members to maximize performance
• Ensure all operations follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents
• Prepare and present performance reports to plant management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and workflow
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or production tracking systems
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Technical degree preferred)
